Apryll Aileen is a Canadian alternative pop rock singer-songwriter, musician, multi-instrumentalist — classically trained in piano. Her sultry vocals, captivating lyrics and alluring stage presence make Apryll a fan favorite at music festivals worldwide.
Her debut release “Savannah Soul” was released in North America on November 25, 2016 with a concurrent release in the United Kingdom after a successful showcase in Cannes, France at MIDEM earlier in June 2016 (she was the first NB artist to showcase with CIMA).
Her debut single “Hey Sugar”, launched in advance of the record, has received national airplay in Canada and made it to the CBC Searchlight Top 25 in the country.
In 2017, Aileen was a recipient of the Bell Media Prize from Canada’s Music Incubator and participated in the Artist Entrepreneur Program and was nominated as “Pop Artist of the Year” for the Music NB Awards.
With several sync placements in TV shows on The Family Channel & BBC Worldwide and her song “Butterflies” earning the title track on the multiple award-winning film “Butterflies” by Emmy® Award-Winning Director Cayman Grant, Apryll continues to delight and attract audiences worldwide.
She is currently recording a follow-up album titled, “Home” which is set to debut late 2018.
