What to do this week/weekend…
Here are 3 really cool events that I will be attending this week/weekend – if you are in Los Angeles, check them out.
Piano Songstresses Take Over Bar Lubitsch on Wednesday Night!
I will be playing my only show in West Hollywood at Bar Lubitsch (7702 Santa Monica Boulevard) with Julia Othmer, an award-winning singer/songwriter. She has already performed at Lilith Fair and shared the stage with Sarah McLachlan, Heart, Ingrid Michaelson, Regina Spektor & more and will be taking a break from the studio to perform some of her original material on Wednesday night.
Doors at 7:30pm, Cover is $10
Apryll Aileen: 8pm-8:30pm
Julia Othmer: 8:30pm-9pm

Thursday Night – Venice Arts Crawl
This is such a fun quarterly event all around the Venice community – the best art, music & smiles are in full effect to ensure you have a great creative space…and of course, you can also find yourself knee deep in a keg or barrel of wine…lol
Ok maybe not entirely so (at least to my knowledge), but if you love art, community & music, come out Thursday night, grab a VAC map and check out all the cool hosted events.
I will be performing at 116 Park Place from 6pm-10pm at Jeremy’s house on the patio – Jill Kraft will also be presenting photographs and art from her collection: Photographs – Daily Landscape.
Violet Skies at Hotel Cafe Saturday
During my showcase in Cannes, France at Midem last month, I met some wonderful people from the UK. A colleague, Violet Skies, is in town from England and will be performing Saturday evening at Hotel Cafe (1623 1/2 N Cahuenga Blvd) at 9pm.
